This is expected (default) behaviour of .NET when loading/running code over network/remote location. You could relax the security policy to include that specific network location (share whatever) that you want to allow code to load/run from. There is a utility "caspol.exe" in the .NET Framework that can be used to adjust trust policies (preventing such security exceptions). But again: that's nothing the scope of Wine, hence this bug is INVALID.
