Hi,
It`s rather difficult to guess from the info you provided where the bug in wine might be.
To pinpoint in what dll(s) the problem is you might try the following:
- Does winetricks dotnet11 change anything?
- try setting a few dlls as native (espesially the msvc* dlls). You could run like WINEDEBUG=+loaddll wine openpcs.exe to find what version of these dlls get loaded, and then use winetricks to install and override these dlls
I have used winetricks dotnet11, but I have the same problem.
