Seems to be fixed now. Now when I run the binary in 9.22 I see:

Crash Annotation GraphicsCriticalError: |[0][GFX1]: Potential driver version
mismatch ignored due to missing DLLs 0.0.0.0 and 0.0.0.0 (t=26.4452) [GFX1]:
Potential driver version mismatch ignored due to missing DLLs 0.0.0.0 and

but the interface now appears and works. I think it was fixed in 9.21. Not sure
what it was.
