[Bug 45818] Eve Online loader works, Eve Online client crashes inside xaudio2_7

So after some extensive fiddling yesterday, no combination of native first or
last works. I had to explicitly disable xaudio2_7 for it to work. Please let me
know if there is any other data I can collect for you that would be useful, but
otherwise, I have a solution that works for me.
