[Bug 44579] I do not want to turn on mysql and php in the UwAmp.exe application

I updated the wine. And the UwAmp.exe program is normally turned on.The server
starts and works.. 

I can not log in to localhost or 127.0.0.1 ports I am diverting on various does
not see me. I think linux has a separate localhost and wine too. I keep pushing
it with linux. And I would like to connect with this application.
