[Bug 43178] Prototype regression

The game works again (2.13-staging) - fixed
But now the menu randomly renders a bit incorrect (screenshots coming in)
Its not gamebreaking and also not a big deal, just a hint that something is a
bit wrong.
Happens with and without csmt and independent of the graphic settings and after
20 game starts it happened only 5 times
