Today's wine-staging-git doesn't seem to work with the pressure at all.
Drawing in SAI seems to almost take place with max pressure.

WINEDEBUG=+wintab32 also doesn't give ANY output when drawing with the tablet
in SAI, which is weird?

Keep in mind I don't have the PTH-660 anymore which I was testing with, so now
testing on CTL-480.
