[Bug 20587] Ragnarok Online takes 99-100% CPU under wine.

The two options that I see labeled "Sync to VBlank" are now checked.  I see
none with "vsync" in the name.  Ragnarok Online still takes 90-100% of the CPU.
 Less, by necessity when more than one copy is running.  With two copies
running, the game is slightly jerky on both copies.
