I installed the VX ACE RTP from http://www.rpgmakerweb.com/download/additional/run-time-packages, installed Crysalis from http://www.rpgmakerweb.com/download/additional/sample-games, and ran the game. I selected "New Game" and the game played its audio successfully without crashing. This is with 32-bit gstreamer1.0 version 1.8.3. Can you please try a fresh wineprefix, and, if you are still experiencing this bug, post a log with +quartz,+gstreamer?
