[Bug 21170] Wineserver and winemenubuilder use 50/50 % of cpu everytime.

can't use applications because they are tooo slow. In some situation X.org
shuts down. That doesn't matter do you use application or close it, wineserver
and winemenubuilder use 50/50 % of cpu if they already launch.
