WINEDEBUG=+all, lightly filtered

WINEDEBUG=+all of EAC.exe starting up, then run through 
  egrep -v 'RtlAllocateHeap|RtlFreeHeap|RtlReAllocateHeap'
to get 'xz -9' compressed file below 5MB limit
