I wasn't able to find the installer for version 2.3.6, only the zip file, and
the current installer doesn't work, so I'm using the 2.3.6 zip.

It ships with a Newtonsoft.Json.dll in the tools directory, which Mono doesn't
find. Copying the dll into the exe directory allows the program to start (with
many more errors).
