[Bug 24208] Eclipse (Europa) - html-based Welcome window is blank

This bug seems to be fixed in wine-1.7.45. Eclipse starts up and startup
windows shows "Welcome to Eclipse 3.3" with bunch of links like Overview,
Tutorials, Samples etc.

Some of them are doubled. Don't know if that is intentional.

Working on the regression test.
