[Bug 11128] Ragnarok Online - windowed mode

Yes :/ When I run Ragnarok Online in the same resolution as my desktop window
appears but it's frozen (file: RO1.jpg). I must move window up (window will
"jump" some pixels. file RO2.jpg), and next move it left (file RO3.jpg). When I
do this I can play without a problems. I can't move window to right (or down)
while I'm in game because screen will freeze again.
