Followup to #1429, which was closed as a metabug.

In 5.9, running wine dxdiag pops up a error dialog saying:
Error: DXDIAGN.DLL is out of date

note: winetricks dxdiag installs native dxdiag, so make sure to set it back to
builtin if installing dxdiag that way.
