ERROR THAT DOES NOT LET ME EXECUTE ANSYS

I TRY TO EXECUTE APDL ANSYS LAUNCHER O WHATEVER FROM ANSYS AND IT SHOWS ME SOME
ERROR THAT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. I NEED SOME HELP FOR UNDERSTANDING THE ERROR.
