[Bug 32515] Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine (Steam) fails to start

I validated the game files in Steam four times in a row and each time Steam
reported that 1 file was re-downloaded and it was the game executable
(SpaceMarine.exe).
The checksums of the executable are always different between validations.
Now what?
