[Bug 59049] When navigating through the wine file explorer via Clip Studio Paint Pro 4.0.3 after pressing File>Open>.. the Explorer is only able to see Clip Studio made .psd files.

Also, when I try to open a .psd file using CS directly from the desktop, the
icon loads and CS never opens. The same issue replicates when I do the same
while CS is already open but it freezes the entire application.
