Probably WINEDEBUG=+mountmgr and look for dbus traces. If compiled without
dbus, you'll see a single message to that effect; if dbus was present at
compile time but missing at runtime, you should see a message to that effect
too.

In this case... can you please attach a log with
WINEDEBUG=+mountmgr,+file,+seh,+pid?
