hm, yes indeed, with 1.1.35 and the new 3.2 release the buttons are clickable. can't see any text on them though, do you see text on them?
If text was visible on buttons earlier and isn't visible now then this is an regression. You can track Wine version in which it occurred and then report that on bugzilla.
