[Bug 29184] Hogs of War: ground is missing somewhere

Just compiled wine 4.3 and tried it again. Unfortunately, the same issue
occurred like the last time.

However, a new fixme gets sometimes printed in the terminal:

004b:fixme:mcicda:MCICDA_GetError Unknown mode 87

Yet, I do not think that it has anything to do with the missing ground.
