Please read the title of the bug before commenting.

For the hundredth time, this bug is _NOT_ about Blizzard app crashing...

It's about the helper.exe crash which is unrelated. This does NOT stop Blizz
app from launching and disabling hw acceleration does NOT fix it.


P.s.: Issue still present as of today.
