Tried the 2 workarounds of FAQ networking section, without sucess :

1 - installing libnss-mdns:i386

2 - In /etc/hosts/ modifying the line 127.0.0.1 <my hostname> to <my IP adress>
<my hostname>, where my IP adresse is obtained through hostname -I
