Backtrace from the crash

Sid Meier's Pirates, latest Steam version, crashes after the 2K Games splash
screen.

Wine installed via MacPort (wine-dev package).

"Emulate a virtual desktop" is ON.  If it's OFF, Pirates is "Unable to
initialize DirectX".
