[Bug 19626] Half-life engine's software rendering is ridiculously slow

I can confirm a similar problem but in my case the software rendering does not
draw anything at all, just a black screen and cpu burning. The OpenGL mode
works surprisingly well in the other hand even for a low end integrated intel
graphics card. Wine 1.9.5.
