[Bug 29841] static/distortion when playing sound via alsa pulseaudio

Oops! I forgot one thing.

The reason I think this is a Wine issue is that the aplay command works
correctly.

aplay -Dpulse /usr/share/sounds/KDE_Startup_new.wav

plays perfectly, free of distortion.
