[Bug 13976] Axis&Allies crashes after a long time of game-play ~1 hour

I just generated a log with WINEDEBUG=+d3d_surface, its size is ~950 MB. A
zipped file is about 8 MBs, which I am not allowed to attach.
Can you tell me how to commit this file to this bug? In addition: I cannot find
any crash dump at the end of the file. Just a lot of D3D outputs.
