The following registry keys under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\Mac Driver can be set to "y": LeftOptionIsAlt RightOptionIsAlt LeftCommandIsCtrl RightCommandIsCtrl This allows configuring the Opt key to behave as Alt in windows apps, and the Cmd key to behave as Ctrl instead of Alt.
