I've just patched Wine 1.1.18 with this patch, but I'm still having issues with WoW; It still keeps making deadlock (or hardlock, I dunno what you call it) for some reason.

I build patched wine, with [url=http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=19364]this[/url] workaround. With it, WoW virtual memory usage just grows up slower than without it.
