[Bug 8156] PAF 5 individual notes editor truncates displayed text at 32K

I tested Robert Riches' test file in PAF on Windows XP and on Ubuntu "Feisty." 
I'm seeing the full text of all 30 verses in the Individual Notes area on
Windows XP, but the text is being truncated in verse 20 in Ubuntu, just as
Robert described.
