I have no idea what's happening. If it doesn't work correctly with clean
unmodifed installation - use official wine packages for that, and a new
wineprefix - then we could treat this as a new bug. Any local modifications are
hard to verify.

Is there a direct download link to the application? Is missing text problem
reproducible without a QQ account?
