[Bug 21770] Keyboard doesn't work in games launched from Steam

I guess Bug 9320 is not duplicate. The keyboard works in Steam windows before
and after starting and quiting the game. But the keyboard does not work in the
game.

But I agree it's probably problem with apps focuses inside VD.
