Retested this on the latest Wine commit
(6be650038ccdeed10fb5f6ae2bd8081403b85446) and was still able to reproduce it.
Also, the video and log I provided about DXVK wasn't actually using DXVK. I
forgot to add the DLL overrides for it in winecfg.
