WavMix16.dll must be in the windows system directory: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 and wavemix.ini must be in the windows directroy: C:\WINDOWS btw... All of these files are in the locations specifed by this dialog box as well. Then next error message that comes up is WavMix16 GetModuleFileName()=C:\SIMTOWER\WAVMIX16.DLL The next error message is SimTower did not detect a sound card or proper sound card drivers on this system. Do you want to run Yes No. If you choose yes then the program opens the opening title screen full screen and does nothing. Had to CTRL+ALT+Backspace out of the program. If you choose No. Then the program does not start.
