Interesting. 32/64bit prefix? With a 32-bit wine/prefix, dotnet20sp1 works,
while dotnet30sp1 fails.

Using winetricks 20190615-next - sha256sum:
a01051beb257cdb7ab143aff3809b171651d7de0bf7270edbb005980d378c0e6 with
wine-4.11-192-g90a1e5d943 and WINEARCH=win32
