[Bug 26975] configure can't find OSSv4 (both Wine and OSSv4 is current from git and mercurial respectively)

file /usr/include/linux/soundcard.h belongs to
=sys-kernel/linux-headers-2.6.38:

So the question is, what should I do? :)
