Waves Central uses robocopy.exe.

When the plugin installation files are just about to be installed, is when
Waves Central goes into the tasklist.exe loop and I think that robocopy.exe is
used for the plugin installation, so maybe some change has been added to the
last few versions of wine-devel/wine-staging that stops robocopy.exe from
functioning as per usual.
