[Bug 18898] Steam: EULA window is blank and unresponsive

A few minutes after submit the results i was able to accept the EULA, click
launch on steam, center the mouse to get it next EULA window will apear, then
click 'Accept' quick like hell (maybe more better processors will be faster
than mine and will be impossible), the directX intallation (STEP 2) will starts

Anyway the bug still present
