[Bug 51098] Native Access fails to download files since Wine 6.6

The downloads work in Wine (Staging) 7.11 and presumably also newer versions
(haven't had time to check yet). Installation still fails because of the
missing ISO driver implementation. At least that's with the old Native Access
1. The new Native Access doesn't run under Wine but that's a separate issue.
