Please upgrade to latest Wine version wine-1.4-rc2 and retest. Please DO NOT install any native dlls, otherwise this bug will be closed as invalid. Also make sure you use clean Wine prefix and you install all your programs on a Linux partition.
I removed the old Wine and installed it in a clear wineprefix (no ddls, etc, ask you asked).
