I've just figured out I didn't install windows drivers first, which is recommended by the manufacturer, but I don't know if it's possible to install Windows drivers with wine, not in a virtual machine such as vmware...
In winecfg, I chose "Windows 7" for the system version and tried to install the drivers : http://www.iconnectivity.com/downloads/software/iConfigVer4-2-0.exe but it fails with the message "ERROR : some files failed to register properly" -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
