[Bug 22565] Delphi 7 doesn't find Project directory / Update doesn't install

As I had Delphi already working with older versions of wine, I downgraded to
wine1.0 (more specifically wine 1.0.1-0ubuntu13). Now I have no errors any more
(yet). Installation of D7 and the updates went without errors.
