Just so people don't waste time triaging this in Wine next time it reoccurs (it probably will), on startup all Hoyoverse games request `https://dispatchosglobal.yuanshen.com/query_security_file?file_key=OSRELWinX.X.X`; domain names and version names will vary for different games. This request ignores the system proxy settings. It is used to populate the security config for their anticheat system and driver; if the request fails, the game loads default config instead.
