The oddly-shaped launcher window appears to be treated exactly as it should by the X11 glue code. I am not sure if this is because a new expansion pack came out and they completely changed the shape of the launcher window, but it looks fine now. I do have unrelated problems with EQ2 but they don't belong in this bug.
