KERNEL32.dll.RtlCaptureContext is now implemented, but a crash still occurs.

DW20.EXE picks up the crash though.  Disabling it results in the same output as
clicking on "Debug"...

DbgBreakPoint () at
/home/test/wine-git/dlls/kernel32/../../include/winternl.h:1976

....so I have the feeling that's not the correct way to do things.
