ViaVoice 10 regular and Pro USB now install seemingly very well. In either case, changing the sound system in Linux to OSS and then running winecfg and specifying OSS, and then rebooting, seemingly provides an almost flawless setup. The microphone is recognized properly and training is GREAT. However, the training is not saved The error message says the sound mixer is not being recognized. I have tried making all settings ALSA.
