[Bug 14186] Morrowind stucks for 3-5seconds during background music change (in combat)

I'm reporting this error is fixed on Oblivion when I use OSS sound in 1.2-rc6. 
(Actually it may still be negligibly present, like 1/3rd of a second now.)  Can
someone test to see if the delay is now fixed in Morrowind?
