[Bug 30020] Tribes Ascend does not connect to the authentication service

Hi Bruno,
I tried to implement the TransmitFile patch from bug 5048 by hand (it doesn't
apply in 1.5.2). It builts OK, and the message goes away, but the rest of the
messages are still there and the result is the same, so it might be the RAS
deficiency?
