[Bug 31888] June 2010 directx sdk installer: fails with builtin mono

Urgh, looks like the installer is checking for mscorlib.dll in the 2.0
framework directory.

It's easy enough to put it there, but I don't like having to individually
duplicate every file someone decides to check.
