[Bug 27382] WinRAR 4.x installer crashes when being run from certain filesystems

This sounds like it is better explained by Bug 28369 where I also experienced
this bug somewhat randomly.  The commit in comment #8 also seems unrelated and
the problem probably isn't related to file system at all, hence the
aforementioned bug.
